Sandra is proficient in Canadian and U.S. regulatory compliance and governance requirements; has managed pre and post-public offering communications and managed investor relationships with institutions, investment banks, capital markets firms, analysts, brokers and retail investors,. Sandra completed the Strategic Management of Investor Relations program at the University of Western Ontario and has a Certificate in Business Management.
