Janet Barth is a seasoned financial and corporate communications professional with more than 20 years experience. Janet spent the majority of her career in the pharmaceutical industry, including more than 15 years at Schering-Plough Corporation (now part of Merck & Co), where she was most recently vice president, investor relations. In this role, Janet partnered with the executive management team on all matters pertaining to the financial community. Janet also led the IR function for Adams Respiratory Therapeutics where she managed the company’s highly successful IPO. Janet has a BA from Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pa., and an MBA from Seton Hall University, South Orange, N.J.
