Frank is director of Investor Relations for Belden, Inc., a leading provider of high-speed electronic cables for the specialty electronics and data networking markets. Frank has 15 years of treasury and IR experience at Amoco, Landmark Graphics, Dell, Hoover’s and Select Comfort Corporation. He has managed all aspects of IR including start-up/pre-IPO communications, reverse mergers, M&A transactions and executive officer transitions.

In addition, he has managed his own IR practice and has agency experience. 
Frank has a BBA in Accounting from Western Illinois University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago.
